Robert Pattinson recently told British paper, The Guardian, he doesn’t wanna end up like Mark Hamill, who played Luke Skywalker in the 1st 3 Star Wars movies. Pattinson is afraid of being typecast for the rest of his career and falling off the face of the Earth, like Hamill.

In the twilight years of the Twilight juggernaut, his thoughts have turned to what life might be like afterwards. “It’s like being compared to people who’ve been in massive movies who just sort of disappear afterwards, even though they probably had incredibly fulfilling and successful lives,” he says, nibbling on a fingernail. “Like Luke Skywalker.” He scratches his head. “What the fuck’s his name?”

“Yes! People are like: ‘Oh, the Mark Hamill curse.’ And poor Mark Hamill. Jesus Christ.” He tilts back in the chair and laughs, apparently oblivious to the state of his T-shirt. “I mean, I’m sure he did fine.”

Did fine!!! Mark Hamill did nothing after Star Wars, but it wasn’t because of his Luke Skywalker role. He was in a car accident and his face was disfigured. Plastic surgeons did their best, but couldn’t put his face back together again. Well, not like it was anyway. He wasn’t as photogenic, therefore not as employable, plus the dude couldn’t act! Mark Hamill curse, indeed! Look here, Rob. Wanna avoid the Mark Hamill Curse? Drive safe!!!

Meagan Good has always been  fine as hell to me! But after reading her recent interview with Jamie Foster Brown of  Sister 2 Sister Magazine, I’m inclined to add “Scarred As Hell”, as well. Meagan’s spittin’ out stuff like:

I met someone special, but you know what? I’m so in love with God right now. I’m focused on being married to God.

The next guy I meet is my husband, and I already talked to God about that. I was like, “Check this out, Lord, I know what you want for me.” And He really wants a man that has completely sold out for Christ for me, who can help me improve and be better than I am. So I know exactly what He wants for me and I don’t know if I have already found it. It’s quite possible that I may have, but I am so not in a rush for anything. I am in a rush to focus on Him right now.

Let me tell you what this means:

Meagan Good who was linked to Thomas Jones, former NY Jets RB traded to the Kansas City Chiefs, had her world rocked by Mr. Jones, and, then, like so many other chicks who get involved with athletes who have a sea of women at their disposal, got burned and needs time to get over it. So, what better way to do so? Bury yourself in the Lord and swear off men, and if that doesn’t work, maybe explore your homosexual side. Either way, it’ll be interesting to see how long this lasts and where it goes. Good luck, Girl! I’ll be prayin’ for ya’!
